Overview
Our Centres are owned and operated by a proud South Australian family who take pride in providing the highest quality care and Education for the children in our community.
The Northgate and Greenwith Centres have been established since 2003 and 1994 respectively. Our Centres are not part of a corporate franchise and were built with a vision to service the needs of the local communities.
Our open door policy ensures no tour booking is required, simply turn up at our centre at your convenience and you will be greeted by our friendly, onsite, office staff who will introduce you to our Director.
Our owner is onsite and we welcome our families to become part of the program, a part of our family, where your ideas are valued and implemented.
We welcome you to take a tour of our Centres and see for yourself the advantages of family ownership and operation over the corporate run Centres.
Our Centre Philosophy
The Educators and Management of our Centres are strong advocates for children, their wellbeing and rights. Children will be encouraged to explore, play, enjoy, learn and develop in a warm, secure and caring environment where each child is able to develop confidence and independence at their own pace. The practices of Educators and Management and the operation of both Centres are guided by the following twelve focal points and are further clarified in the comprehensive policy found in our parent hand book.
- Early Childhood Australia’s Code of Ethics
- The National Quality Framework
- Early Years Learning Framework
- Language and Communication
- Effective Family Relationships
- Strong Community connection
- Healthy Lifestyle
- Environmental Awareness
- Respect Cultural Diversity
- Continual Professional Development
- Continuity of Educators and practices
- Committed to Work Health and Safety Practices
